What materials are the baby bags made of?

Tell me about the inside lining.

The inside of all Amy Michelle™ bags are made of a durable 200D polyester in bright colors. We choose complementing bright colors so that mom can find her things quickly. No more BLACK HOLE syndrome.

Where does Mom's stuff go?

All of our bags feature places for Mom's items. The front of the bag is just for Mom. No more carrying a purse and a baby bag. We offer an all in one Mommy Bag.

Will my computer fit in my Amy Michelle™ bag?

Depending on the size of your computer, yes, your computer will fit horizontally in the Orchid, Tulip and Daisy baby bags. It can fit vertically in the Street bags. We recommend a laptop sleeve for padding as our baby bags are not padded to protect a laptop computer.

Do the bags have feet on the bottom?

Both the Classic and Chic bags have feet on the bottom.

How do you convert the bag into a backpack?

How do I clean my bag?

Use a mild soap and wipe the bag clean. We recommend testing the soap in an inconspicuous place such as the bottom of the bag before using on the entire surface to make sure that it does not stain.

Can you wash the changing pad?

Yes, simply remove the pad core. There is a zipper at the top of the changing pad to take the core out. Wash the pad and lay it flat to dry.

Where does the changing pad go?

All Amy Michelle™ baby bags have a special place in the back of the bag for the changing pad. This was created to prevent putting the "ickies" back inside your bags. There is a back slip pocket on the Tulip, Daisy, Street and Chic bags and a zip down changing station on the Orchid and Azalea bags.

Does Amy Michelle™ support Charities?

Yes, Amy & Michelle both felt strongly that Amy Michelle™ had to be bigger than just them. Therefore, a partnership with Ronald McDonald House of Denver was formed such that up to 5% of profits go to support Ronald McDonald House of Denver. Further, Amy Michelle™ supports There with Care.

How did Amy and Michelle meet?

We met during business graduate school at the University of Colorado. We have been friends for over 10 years and started Amy Michelle™ after the birth of Michelle's second child when she became frustrated that she could find functional bags or fashionable bags, but not both. Our mission - to create a functional and fashionable Mommy Bag - one bag does it all - while supporting a charity close to our hearts.
